Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of international logistics and the made-to-order characteristics of our fragrance products, Guangzhou Yinchee Fragrance Co.,Ltd generally does not accept refund or return requests.

If you believe there is a serious issue with your order, please contact your account manager within 3 days of receiving the goods. You will be required to provide relevant documentation and clear photographic evidence for any claim to be considered.

Refunds for orders that have not yet entered production may be approved on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a 6% processing fee.

Shipping costs associated with any return shall be borne by the party at fault.

All refund and return decisions are made in consultation with your dedicated account manager. We strive to ensure every client is fully satisfied with our service, and we are committed to resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
