Q: Have your fragrance products passed SGS testing and IFRA certification?
Yes. All products are SGS-tested & IFRA-compliant. Full reports available on request.
Q: Can you provide the relevant test reports and quality certificates?
Yes. We supply SGS, IFRA, MSDS and other certificates within 3–7 days of order confirmation.

Q: How is the shipping fee for samples calculated?
Shipping fee depends on destination & carrier. We’ll quote once you share delivery details.
Production Lead Time & Logistics
Q: What is the typical production and delivery lead time for bulk orders?
Standard lead time is 7–10 days after sample approval. Large OEM runs may vary—please consult us.

Customization Service
Q: Do you offer OEM or private label services? What is the process and requirements?
Yes. We provide turnkey finished-product OEM (perfumes, diffusers, candles, sprays). Share your ideas, budget, and branding; we handle formula, filling, packaging, and testing.
Q: Will pricing and lead time change for customized products?
Yes. Costs and timelines depend on volume, packaging complexity, & formula requirements. We’ll detail this in your personalized quote.

We accept T/T (bank transfer) and PayPal. Other options can be discussed case by case.
