What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Do you offer discounts?

Samples
Do you provide samples? What are the sample size and cost?
Yes. We provide our own Yinchee fragrance samples only. Each sample is 10ml, and the sample fee is USD 1 per piece, plus shipping.
How is sample shipping calculated?
Sample shipping is quoted based on destination, courier service, and parcel weight. Please share your delivery address and preferred courier if any.
Lead Time & Shipping
What is the typical lead time for bulk orders?
After sample confirmation, standard production lead time is usually around 7–10 days. The final schedule depends on quantity and product type.
What shipping methods are available?
Common shipping methods include express courier, air freight, and sea freight. Transit time depends on destination and shipment type.
