Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times

• Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3–8 days
• Dedicated Air Freight: 7–12 days
• Dedicated Sea Freight: 20–45 days
• Rail / Land Transport: 15–25 days

For large-volume orders, we recommend sea freight as a more cost-effective option. Clients in the Middle East and Africa are encouraged to work with their own shipping agents in China for optimal arrangements.

Order Processing Time

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Custom formulations or OEM orders may require additional lead time depending on production scheduling.

Shipping Terms & Charges

Yinchee currently supports only EXW and DDP terms. All logistics fees must be fully prepaid together with the order.

While we do our best to coordinate with third-party logistics providers, we are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused during transport. Customs clearance procedures vary by country and are subject to unforeseen delays beyond our control. For orders over 100 kg, we strongly recommend purchasing cargo insurance.

Tracking & Support

Tracking numbers will be provided after dispatch. Please note that there may be a short delay between the generation of the tracking number and actual shipment departure.
