No. We do not provide a fixed open catalogue or full public price list. We usually recommend suitable fragrance oil options based on the buyer’s application, reference scent, target performance, quantity, and budget.

Free random samples are not our default process. Sampling arrangements depend on project details, sample scope, shipping cost, and order plan.

MOQ depends on fragrance type, application, stock status, packaging and project route. Selected Perfume fragrance oils are available as 1KG paid trials; Candle and Air Care projects can start with 10ml or 30ml paid samples. Other applications and custom development are confirmed project by project.

For selected Perfume fragrance oils, a 1KG paid trial is intended for formulation and market evaluation before repeat supply in 5KG, 10KG or 25KG quantities. Candle and Air Care projects use the 10ml/30ml paid-sample route for application evaluation.

Price depends on fragrance direction, raw material structure, target performance, order quantity, document needs, and shipping method. We do not quote all fragrance oils as one flat price.

Yes. Bulk pricing can be discussed after confirming the fragrance oil, target quantity, delivery country, and packaging requirement.

For confirmed fragrance oils, we can discuss available documents such as SDS / MSDS, IFRA certificate or statement, COA, and allergen-related information. Document availability may vary by fragrance oil and application.

Our fragrance oils are developed with IFRA usage considerations. IFRA limits depend on the final product category and dosage, so the exact application should be confirmed before using the fragrance oil in production.

CPNP, CPSR, Responsible Person, finished product labeling, and local market registration are usually finished product responsibilities. We provide fragrance-level documents where available, but final product compliance should be confirmed by your own team or local professional advisor.

No. We can provide available technical documents for confirmed fragrance oils, but internal formulation details and full formula percentages are not disclosed.

Yes. We supply fragrance oils for different applications, including perfume, air care, candle, fabric care, household cleaning, and other product systems. The fragrance oil should be selected according to the application and tested in the buyer’s own base or formula.

The buyer should test the fragrance oil in their own base, formula, solvent, wax, packaging, and production process. Stability, compatibility, clarity, color, dosage, and final performance can be affected by the full product system, not only by the fragrance oil itself.

Some fragrance oils are suitable for alcohol-based perfume applications, but the final clarity, stability, dosage, and performance should be tested in your own alcohol base and formula before production.

Fragrance oils are concentrated materials, not finished consumer products. They should not be treated as ready-to-use skin products. Safe use depends on the final product formula, IFRA category, dosage, and local requirements.

A physical reference sample is preferred. If no physical sample is available, please share a clear brief, application, scent direction, target cost, expected quantity, market positioning and performance requirements. The custom development route is confirmed after project review.

We can support inspired scent directions based on clear references and project requirements. We do not promise 100% identical copies. The goal is to balance overall scent character, performance, commercial value, and practical production quality.

Our engineers can discuss reasonable adjustments based on your testing feedback, such as strength, freshness, sweetness, diffusion, or overall balance. Custom adjustment is not an unlimited free sampling process.

Lead time depends on fragrance oil, quantity, stock status, and document needs. Small trial orders or available fragrance oils may be prepared faster, while custom development or larger bulk orders require a confirmed production schedule.
