Shipping and documents
- Production lead time is usually 3-5 days after order confirmation
- Express transit time is usually 4-7 days depending on destination and carrier
- DHL / FedEx / UPS express shipping may be arranged depending on country and weight
- SDS / IFRA / allergen documents are shared after order confirmation when applicable
After trial approval
- 5KG / 10KG / larger quantities can be quoted separately after trial approval
- 50KG+ single-scent orders or larger mixed orders may be discussed separately
- Send country, scent direction and planned quantity for a bulk quotation
Do you offer other cost-effective versions?
Yes. For many scent directions, we may have different formula or grade versions at different price levels. This page is for a 1KG paid trial order version. If you are a distributor, reseller, or working with a price-sensitive market, please contact our account manager with your target price range, application, market, and expected single-scent quantity. We will check whether a more cost-effective version is available and explain the differences in scent profile, performance, and repeat supply. Better project pricing is normally discussed for single-scent quantities from around 50KG+.
