Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to confirmation of product, quantity, price, payment terms, shipping arrangement and other project requirements. The commercial terms confirmed for the individual order take precedence where applicable.

Shipping

Shipping methods, costs and timing depend on the destination, order and agreed logistics route. Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery Policy and the terms confirmed for your order.

Product Evaluation

Fragrance performance depends on the buyer's actual formulation, dosage, base, packaging and production process. Buyers are responsible for evaluating suitability in their own application and market before commercial production.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to the applicable Refund Policy and the commercial terms confirmed for the order.
